cgtgilou a écrit :there is a lot of work on this bike and particularity on the electricity.
I look forward to seeing the rest.
good job JFJ and good luck to finish your bike.
Thanks! I am still waiting on several parts. They are still at the painter.
Until that time, i am busy with the seat. The seat cover has to leave, and the seat gets the same shape as the cover. But the bottomplate is to small, so i had to make it a little bigger.
I made a peace of aluminium to create this new shape.

To be continued

Thank you ;)
Today I got some stuff back from the painter. Some pieces are from a Suzuki VX800, like coolant reservoir and cockpit. I wanted to give it the same colours as the black magic. The original CR counters will be fittet in it.

The frontfork is painted too, but I get that tomorrow. Not the best pictures, (phone) but good enouht to give you something to read/watch.

Frank L. a écrit :Really great job!
Where did you find the "cups" for the instruments?
Cheers, Frank
Those are cups from a Suzuki VX800. The original Vox instruments fit in it with a little work. Day counter reset fits perfect.
Here a couple of pics of cleaning some parts with lampoil.

Cleaning places you normally can't reach.

Rear fork gets also a matt black powdercoat.
