I'm going to order Voxan logo's at the local sticker maker.
Maybe there are people who want to order somthing?

It will be:

2x tank logo Voxan
2x rear logo 2nd generation Café Racer

The powder coating looks brilliant. Almost too good to push axles through and scratch the surface. What will you do with the blocks holding the axle and marking the chain slack?

The blocks i'm going to make al little smaller. With al little care, there will be no scratches.

Protection tape for slideblocks:



I only have to make the slideblocks 1mm smaller

New bearing for the rear fork axel:



mounted with new seals:



Did a lot of grease inside. The original bearing had almost no grease in it.

Also new bearing for the suspension mounted with new seals:



I only have to put the new bearings at the otherside of the fork:



And a couple of pics of the new seat. I'm very pleased with it.







The fueltank has a new coating at the inner side. I had to do this, because I bought the fueltank with a litlle damage, so I had to weld it.

I'dd like to see it complete in a few weeks, but i'm waiting for a sergery for my hernia. But I will ride the Vox this year, I hope to the german meeting 14th of june.

The german meeting is for French people nog so far. It's in Wolfach Germany https://maps.google.nl/maps?q=Wolfach,+ ... d&t=m&z=12

It will be in the weekend of 14 june.

I don't understand why the German people on this forum don't give more attention to it here.
